My dog killed a fox! Dont know what to do!

My dog killed a sick fox no blood was drawn just a load of fur in his mouth which l wipped off!! Fox has been disposed of but do l take my dog vets there are no puncture wounds - was horrible - any advice?

I would guess the level of risk to your dog depends on what the fox was sick with. If it were my dog I would probably get a vet check to be on the safe side.

My dog cornered a fox and got bitten on her lip. I took her straight to the vet who wasn’t bothered in the slightest!
I think the vet will just tell you to watch your dog and take him back if he seems unwell - which you no doubt would do anyway.
