My Dog Is Slow

Ok. Guys. I like to give my dogs time trials to test how fast they are, I mean i'll find a hare or something, lob it and tell them to chase and return etc. Cedric usually does it 1-2 minutes, is there anyway of getting this down to 20-30 seconds, its for a job i'm doing.
