We were near Porthmadog/Criccieth and it was just perfect for Muffin - lots of huge beaches but we also had the mountains as well. :thumbsup: Only drawback was the freezing cold weather and wind, :wacko: but we only had 1 day of really nasty rain so it was a great holiday. I'll post a couple of scenic pictures with my next installment! :cheers: In fact may as well post one now - Barmouth in a sand storm! :teehee:

We holidayed just round the corner from Barmouth a few months back. It was a fabulous place and we're thinking of booking up again this year.
