Seeing him in profile, the pug influence is clearer. I found this photo of a pug x maltese which looks very similar: https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/473370610804843484/ So he could actually be what he was supposed to be.

Lol he LOOKS like an angel... I can agree with that... But he certainly doesn't behave like one. He's being enrolled in puppy classes next week in the hope it will help. Fingers crossed!!
