Drove up to my brothers house this morning....he lives 3 miles from me but its about 900 ft above sea level at least, so it was very very cold up there...and I just had to take these pictures... I think they are magical...

look at the frost.... hope these photos show it up as I saw it..

WONDERFUL WINTER WONDERLAND,LADY P :huggles: :huggles:

Those are lovely photos Janis. I love it when the frost is thick like that on leaves and branches. I remember when we first moved to Shropshire in Dec 1991, we had days of freezing fog (we didn't get to see our new surroundings for ages!) and all the spiders webs were covered in frost/ice and it looked really magical. :)

Beautiful !!! I was born in Co Durham...Lovely county !

You lucky thing Janis. I've been hoping to get some shots like that this weekend, but it's been grey and dull and freezing, with no frost, all weekend. I'm going to come and live up your way!

Lovely wintery shots

Yes, Janis! Those pictures show it as you saw it without a doubt :)

Beautiful scenery  ... reminds me of where I lived when I was on top of Dartmoor (very chilly and extremely windy (w00t) )
