Moonpig Is Poorly

Monkey bitch has excelled herself recently with multiple crimes, culminating in the consumption, ten days ago, of a large amount of lino!!!!

Ugly bitch was rough for 24 hours, vomiting up copious amounts of flooring.Since then she had seemed fine for ten days until this morning.she wouldn't eat.

Moonpig has puked a dozen times or so today, vomiting up pieces of lino three times :blink: ....i went to work at the vets and after chatting to one of the vets we then drove to my house( me and lovely vet)and got cowbag dog and took her in for x rays.

it was difficult to see much on the x rays other than large pockets of gas throughout Moonpigs intestines, she has had an injection to stop the vomiting and we have to watch her closely now to see what happens...she is very flat and depressed and behaving as though she is very uncomfortable.

we have to try and feed her a small meal tomorrow and see what happens.

she will go in on Monday for an ex lap if she is no better and will go in sooner if she gets worse.

one thing the x rays did show was that she has spondylosis of her spine and she has quite a lot of spinal spurs, this is not uncommon in very elderly dogs but Ming is only four. atleast tho we know ahead of time that she is going to have spinal probs and it won't be sprung on us later.

please keep fingers crossed for the silly bitch because i love my Moonpig.

Moonpig is a bit flat at the moment..she's scaring us good and proper having just deposited lots of very bloody diarrhoea down the garden.

i have a horrible feeling she'll be back at the vets tomorrow

mind you she was asking for some dinner but she's not allowed anything until the morning .

i love my dogs but they make me worry soooo much sometimes. :lol:

Hi peeps....

Moonpig is still very quiet and depressed but she had half a small cooked chicken for breakfast and she's had the rest just now.

she hasn't vomited today so far and hasn't had a poo either although she's farting like a demon (w00t)

the trouble we have now is that she was fine for ten days until yesterday so not sure whether we consider her ok just yet or not...i've never needed to see a dog poo so badly as i need to see her poo now...if her poo is ok then i'll be happier because last night it was very concerning due to so much blood.

she's an evil witch but she's my evil witch :lol: :wub:

Poor moon pig! How is she now? only just seen this thread but it's uncanny, I've been thinking about her over the last few days and wondering what she's been up to. Wish she was not poorly with it.
