Mobile van insurance

Hi All
Looking for some help on a mobile dog grooming insurance had two quotes now in excess of £2000 that seems very high it is a new business and looking for advice

Driving for business use is always more expensive than the usual ”social, domestic and pleasure” insurance.

I can't remember what they are called now but the government agency that gives small businesses advice (Enterprise Council?) might have suggestions.
