Jack Russell Terrier - dog (unsure if neutered)

Short hair. Brown face. Brown and white tortoise shell markings on his back.

White tip on the end of his tail. Small lump on the right side of his ribs.

Sometimes he skips when he walks. Very small. 5 years old. Wearing a brown

collar.
