Missing In Cornwall - Springer Spaniel Dog

Zac went missing whilst out on his walk on Sunday 6th December in the Tregulls Beach, Padstow area of North Cornwall.

It was very stormy and he was following a scent and never returned to his owner

He is a 2.5 year old entire pedigree springer spaniel, microchipped but unfortunately was not wearing his collar at the time. Broad head and a good worker.

Please let me know if you have any information as his owner, Steve, is devastated and is offering a reward for his safe return (you can contact Steve on his mobile number too - STEVE CARTER 07919881005).

Hi, Jane, got your PM, thx- not really an area we go to much, but have asked my friend who is head of admin for 3 vet practices over that way, and they are keeping an eye out for him...

Can't imagine how gutted Steve must feel, Zac was very special to him.

FOUND Netheravon, Wiltshire. 27.12.09.

English Springer Spaniel entire male. Looks young approx 18 months. Liver and white.Seems well trained and in good condition. Has a collar on but no tag or chip.

I was going to PM you, hope this dog is found soon. I take it all the rescues, council pounds etc have been contacted? In this weather either he has been taken in or the worst has happened. I hope not.

Steve covered the local area with posters, the coastguard and fishermen were informed, the local vets, rescues, dog wardens - too many to name almost!

As Zac went missing up high on Stepper Point, Steve is now assuming the worst

The worst thing, as Steve said to me, is not knowing what has happened to his boy

The owner thinks that he probably fell over the cliff - so very, very sad.
