I have found a lump under my wee puppies jaw on outside any ideas what it could be?

Lumps and bumps are always best to be checked out. Hopefully it will just be something simple like an insect bite but better safe than sorry.

As you said earlier, it really is impossible to be sure of anything with a picture, best for OP to see a vet.
