Lump by dogs nose

My dog has a red round lump by his nose. Getting bigger but not bothering him at all any idea what it is.

No, but a lump that is getting bigger rather than going away needs to be seen by a vet.

Even if you had shown us a photo it would be impossible to say whether it was simply an abcess or something more serious like cancer.
