Dear all,
I'm not a 'dog person' at all - I cried as a kid when watching Lassie and the Littlest Hobo but that's it for me. In other words I'm right out of my depth which is why I hope someone here can give me some advice on an issue. I'd really appreciate it.
Two whippets I know have recently lost both their owners within the space of a year. They are now being cared for by the son and are taken for regular walks and given the correct food and water etc. All good. He also loves them to bits but, dear God these dogs look so sad and lost. Spent most of my time patting them the other day.
Is there anything that can be done to help cheer up two sad looking wee whippets? Any toys that I could buy that would help a little? One is 8 years old and the other is 13 years old.
Hope this is ok to ask. My heart went out to them.
Thanks
Yours,
Robert
