Hi, i received a letter this morning, asking me to renew my BUS PASS  , so i needed my birth certificate, on looking for it i came across this, my word how times have changed just in my lifetime, just look at the total cost, you couldnt even get the flowers for that price now, i remember as if it was only yesterday arriving at the crematorium, it was packed full with his fellow members cvoal mining friends, a real popular lad and a great brother to me, he would have been a nice old gentleman now, he was actually killed on his new motorbike on his way home from the showrooms when it happened, so sadly missed and always will be, i do hope there is a heaven up there i truly do, im not ready yet, but the thoughts of meeting em all again, he was only 20

It's funny seeing pounds, shillings and pence again. Takes me back a bit. :- " Also having to sign across a stamp - I remember that. How costs have changed.

So sad that he was only 20. :(

That must have been a hard loss for you Keith - if I'm right you would only have been about 16 :( Don't know how I would cope if I lost my brother - he is so precious to me - the best ever :huggles: Did you have any other brothers or sisters?

You will meet him again one day I hope - not too soon though eh!!!
