Well tomorrow we will be driving Louise down to Liverpool University ...she is living in the Halls of Residence.

We hope to be there for lunchtime and be able to check the surroundings out and maybe have time for lunch and settling in.

It will be very strange leaving her there... :( but I hope she is Happy and makes lots of friends and of course gets that dream job in the end.

Good Luck Louise... :luck: :luck:

Hi Janis,

it was nice to speak to you, I'm sure you had a very busy day and bet you were shattered when you got back home.

Great to hear Louise's been out with her new friends already.

Aintree racecourse is near the hospital where I work.

There's a lot of famous places that Louise can see (in between the pubs/clubs and nightlife) and when you next come to visit her you must stay with us and I'll give you a guided tour.

As for my accent............my parents wasted their money on elocution lessons for me when I was at school, bit like Spike Milligan has certificates to say he's 'sane'........I've got certificates to say I can speak nicely (well, on the day anyway!) :- "

must have been a surprise for you, as the accent doesn't come through the keyboard :D

Scouse lesson no: 1

dee don't doo dat der dough doo day

translation....they don't do that there, though, do they?

I used to live in Knotty Ash, where Ken Dodd still lives, by the jam butty mines :D .... did you know Ken Dodd's dad's dog's dead ?

looking foward to hearing of Louise's adventure :huggles: Julie
