If you want ears like that get a Pharoah Hound or something that are meant to have bat ears not a Whippet!!!! It is bad enough when you get one that was at the back of queue for ears without encouraging it!

But that's just it, it is not just each to their own ........... unless that mean you want to change the breed standard which states

Ears: Rose shaped, small, fine in texture.

Doesn't mention anything about being sticky up!!! There's enough argument about the height of Whippets but it seems perfectly acceptable to forget about ear shape and carriage.
