Haven't we become lazy?

How many like me don't buy lettuce thats needs washing anymore but buy ready washed in bags?

Want ring pulls on tins?

Expect automatic doors on shops?

Buy ready sliced cheese-Edam slices etc..?

Theres probably much more too.....
 
baby wipes?

(we once used soap and water-) :- "

furniture polish wipes?....

bleach wipes?
 
wine in boxs, with easy pour spout

ready meals

burgers that you have ready in a bun that you just microwave for 70seconds

cooked chickens, i remeber my mum cooking them for hous when we were wee, now its just a trip to costco/tesco

scooshy cream

going of food...

pay at the pump petrol stations you can avoived walking the 10 feet to pay for it.

wireless mouse and key board and a 32"lcd as a monitor so you can lay in bed and chat on k9 :- " :- " (totaly not me just using examples here) :- " :- "

internet shopping, can be done from the cumfort of your own bed :- "

laptops

iphones (as if our brains arnt fried enough

in car dvds, what happened to a good old singsong, or I spy?

i advise you all to go see Wall-e it will give you an insite on how we will be in a few hundred years, (thats if global warming aint got us first)

I never buy ready cooked chicken...prefer cooking my own.

Hate ready washed veggies too and ready meals definitely a NO NO in this house... :lol: :lol:

excuse me lady!!! what size is the tv in your bedroom, come to think of it what size is the tv in you livingroom (w00t) (w00t) (w00t) (w00t)

have to agree with janis theres nothing better than a home cooked meal but when you have a kitchen the size of a phone box its very hard to cook a decent meal and ready meals are on occation a god send, :sweating:

I agree with you. We cook almost all of the food we consume. However, I must admit to keeping the odd convenience meal for emergencies. :cheers:
