I've just seen the news its dreadful, people getting hacked

to death and all sorts..........where's it all going to end

Ann, the current problems in Kenya worry me so much. It has been relatively stable in Kenya for years so it is so sad that this should happen. But I supose it is the people acting against corruption, or perceived corruption.

Niarobi is one of my most favourite places on earth and the Africans usually so cheerful. I do hope the troubles die down soon.

its shocking whats happening to the people,so saddened me when i heard it on the news

My parents are due to go on holiday to Mombasa on the 10th- they go every year in January for 3 or 4 weeks- they are devastated that it looks very unlikely they will be able to go...

I have been to Kenya once and found the people so lovely and friendly- but the tribal divisions are very strong there. I dread to think where it may all end...
