:D Just wondering with most of us having approx 4 or more dogs, where do u all keep them? Are they in a kennel or do u keep them indoors? If in a kennel r they ever allowed in the house? If indoors r they kept in a cage or do they have the run of a room or the house? Theres a few questions to keep u going for a bit lol

Personally mine r indoors in cages in the kitchen (u cant move for cages and have no table etc now) obviosly when Im in the house they have the run of downstairs but dont allow them upstairs. They sleep in their cages on a night time. Infact my old dog Ziggy(Marleys Magic) is in his all the time with the door wide open for him to come out but no he likes it in there. It is next to the radiator mind lol

My dogs are in the house over the winter but hope to get the 2 pups out soon :D . The pups will go in the kennel about 8.30am and are back in the house about 7pm :) . They sleep in cages in our bedroom -_- . Robbie does not go in the kennel as he hates it. He sleeps in our room and has his own bed but normaly ends up on the bed or he sleeps with Rachel on her bed  . He has the run of the house when I go out :D

Hi

Ive got 7. Its a case of when Im` in they are in . Apart from Mayzee (12yrs) and first born !)who sleeps on the landing, they all sleep outside in a double glazed ,centrally heated kennel (heat stays on all night in kennel ours goes off!!)

Ocassionally Fleur gets to stay in cos she gets them all howling

When I get up in the evening to go to bed they all get up and just go downthe garden without even being asked ! :))

;) same with mine they go to bed at 9.30pm every night without being asked. Its quite comical really at 9.30pm on the dot they all get off furniture and go to bed. Creatures of habit or what?

Our 6 all live indoors.

We have a large old pantry under the stairs which access's the kitchen area, 3 sleep in there and the other 3 sleep in the dining room, which is now called the dog room, they have a woodburner in there and their own telly!

There is often a look of horror on peoples faces when we tell them that 6 live indoors but it isn't havoc like it must seem to some.

The house isn't small and the dogs are taken out regularly, when they are at home they are ready to sleep after their walks and meals, not 6 dogs running through the house like it must appear.

Sometimes one of the dogs sleep with Harry and a couple of them come up into bed with us first thing in the morning for a short while.

All of them spend time with us in the evening before bedtime- watching telly.

P.S No cages, only ever caged in the van-and they are very rarely left on their own-if we are out they're with us.

Steve has them all day! He's knocked up when I come home from work! :- "

Talking as a little black dog who needs a lot of warmth and attention, I sleep with mum in her big double bed. Also Jed my kennel, no bed mate. Apparently when mum had a lot of dogs they used to sleep in their own room but only in cages when in the car or racing

as we only have one dog we dont have this problem, when we first got him he stayed in the offic and had a telly a little bed and heating, but he dint like it and used to bark so now he sleeps in mum and dads room on his own little bed, he also has a bed in the office still and in the front room, when we are not in he has the run of the whole house :D the only time he is caged is when we are going or coming home from racing every other time he is in the car he just sits on the back seat,

i get the feeling my dog is quite spoilt :b

Having 4dogs they are in the house when we are and in kennels when we are out. 6.30 in the morning Mark my husband lets them in for their breakfast he feeds them then they are in the house till dinner time which is 11.0 clock At 12.30 they go into there kennels which is 4 vari kennels in a big insulated and heated shed the heating is on non stop from Oct till weather warms up. They are in there till 3.30 in the afternoon then brought into the house to claim the 4seater and three seater setee They are in till bedtime which is about 11.30 in the evening. If i go into the bedroom sometimes to what the TV the big fellow lies beside me and never moves till i do. All spoilt rotten but they are my babies as i call them.. O they have a big pillow in front of the fire in the lounge but no one ever once to use it. Woody
