Hi I will hopefully be looking for a whippet bitch puppy sometime in the New year as a pet, can anybody give me any info re prices, and would people who breed for racing sell theres to pet homes. I had a whippet for about ten years, and now have ex racing greyhound, I would rather rehome older whippet but as have cats realise that racing whippets probably wouldn,t be good with cats. :unsure: thanks for your help

most people who breed from racers tend to want to c their offspring race, that said if its a good home then i dont c why not. but people will sell them 2 racers 1st. wud u not fancy venturing into the world of non ped racing? good luck finding your bitch pup this is the best place to look 2 c when litters have been born etc u cud pm the owners and enquire. prices range from about £100 to maybe £250 depending on the parents. :thumbsup:

I used to go to the racing at shildon years ago, but don,t have any transport so wouldn,t be able to get to race meetings, Thanks for your help :thumbsup:
