The credit must go to my talented OH who has just got a new camera :thumbsup: he used to do a lot of photography but it's one of those things that gets left behind when you start having babies and pets and cars busy life just takes over. However, he'll be really encouraged by all your lovely comments, so thank you

It's a beautiful sharp photo and I love the depth of field on the shot i.e. the aperture has been set so that the focus is on Josie and the background is blurred, so the eye concentrates on the one subject.

It is a very good shot....my one comment would be that it would lose a few marks for not having all the tail included .

Of course, I couldn't manage a photo like that, it really is of good quality and a really promising start to photos from your OH. Wish I could do the same! Keep them coming.

digital - apparently he's using a Nikon D70 in Aperture Priority Mode with a 105-300mm G-fit Zoom lens, that pic around 500th at F4.5

If that means anything to you :blink: cos I'm a bit thick when it comes to technology.
