No, Jasper hasn't shrunk in the wash, this is my friend's dog Eddie!
Just like her previous most recent addition, he was absolutely definitely not staying, she was just going to foster him for a few days. Yeah, right... He came from - I can't remember now, Romania or Bulgaria - and he'd lived all his life on a short chain He has an OCD/neurological spinning behaviour which he's on medication for and it's greatly improved. One theory is that he used to spin when rats used to attack his rear end ad he couldn't escape But he's a delightful little chap and I just love his punk hairstyle
My friend also has a Rommie rescue who is so traumatised she can't get a collar on him so he can't be walked - he's on doggy Prozac. She also has an elderly spaniel/lab cross who is gradually heading downhill and is on a lot of different medications, so knows she'll have to make a difficult decision for him fairly soon. And she has another young Rommie rescue who is actually pretty well adjusted (after a lot of work!). She also has a tiny house and a tiny income, so I'm quite in awe of her. Push comes to shove, her dogs will always get the food and drugs they need before she does
