Ig Breeder/exhibitor Charged In Court On 3 Accounts

Two Italian Greyhound exhibitors and breeders have appeared before Pontypridd Magistrates charged with three offences.

 

Sue and Viv Thomas (Francole) of Pontypridd, have each been charged with one offence under the Protection of Dog Act 1973, one under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and one under the Protection From Unfair Trading Regulations following an investigation by Rhondda Cynon Taf Council.

 

The case has been adjourned until Sept 23.
