If you don't want to waste money and time on hiring a dog trainer for help, check out doggy Dan online dog training. It's a series of online dog videos created by dog expert Dan. Used it to great success in training my second puppy Annie, got her when she was two weeks old. Wasn't so good at training my first dog so this has helped me tremendously, taught me proper training technique fairly easily and was simple to understand. It's a monthly subscription but offers a 60 day money back guarantee, basically it's almost free to try out since you can get your money back if you asked within 60 days. I tried it, loved it and refunded mine after learning what I needed to know about training puppies in like a week or two, for those interested here is a review and breakdown of the book reviewyu.com/doggy-dan.html. Worked great for me since I had a tight budget and it was cool to learn something new. This is great if you prefer to learn and apply the techniques on your own, it is fairly easy to learn. Had a tough time training my first dog, but the second time around it was much easier. Hope this can help some of you out, saves you money and you get to learn something new, try it out.

Do check out that he is not using out dated methods based on, now discredited, theory of dogs being dominate when they have a behaviour problem.

I am an avid believer in having your animal trained to at least a sociable standard.

The internet is a marvellous method of learning training methods for most animals, plus yourself and your pet can learn at your own pace.

A lot of people go to a rehoming center to choose their latest pet, we at the center do our utmost to assess the animal so that it can be rehomed, the priorities are, the safety of the public and the wellbeing of the animal.

We do get things wrong at times, so it's up to the new owner to sort out any problems that occur after leaving the center.

These online courses are just the thing, you can look up your particular problems and end up with many positive results.

I do hope that sites like doggy Dan continue to help,

There are times when training courses are nessessary and they are not all a waste of money, specialist one on one help is sometimes needed.
