Misty has had a cracked big back tooth for a few years which was never any bother. Unfortunately in the last year it started to go bad and look infected so after an X-ray it was extracted by my vets last week.
I don't know who suffered the most pain (w00t)
With X rays, Sedation, General anesthetic, drugs and 1 hours of surgery the bill was £481.
It was restricted because I am a bulk customer by £85 to £397
It seems a hell of a lot to me. Is this a reasonable price for removing 1 large back tooth?
I know Dogs teeth are difficuilt and I would not deny my dog treatment because of money but it does seem excessive. :wacko:
