HOW MANY DAYS?

Could somebodey please tell me which is the best day to mate a bitch from the first day of coming into season

10th 11th 12th etc ?

Every bitch is different of course. People always used to say the 13th but we have helped to mate quite a few bitches (other people's) recently on day 16.

You can't really rely on that though. The dog's reaction can be a pretty good indicator.
