im an hour outDo you mean your main computer clock, or the time showing on this forum?
If it's your computer clock it varies slightly depending on what version of Windows you are using. Try going to the Start menu, choose 'Control Panel' and you should have a 'Date and Time' option where you can set your system time.
If it's your forum time that's wrong go to 'My Controls' then 'Board Settings' and there is an option at the top to select the correct time zone.
