Take her outside every hour (and after every meal) and stay with her til she goes. When she does you need to get ecstatic with your praise.....you are gonna look a little silly but you need to start up a chorus of " good WEE, what a good WEE, that's a WEE, good girl for having a WEE"
or whatever word you are going to use for it  .
When she has learned the word, you now have a very useful command - it's a short step from here to "have a WEE" as an instruction, so that she knows why you have put her outside.
Other than that - heaps of patience. If you catch her in the act inside, then a sharp 'no' and take her outside, so that you can praise her when she gets it right. Don't bawl her out, just a firm 'no'.
If you find a puddle 'after the fact' - saying no will only confuse her. A top tip I was given on here is to draw absolutely no attention to it. Clean up in secret and use something which will destroy the smell (bio wash powder is good for this)
also have a read of the FAQ section, there's bound to be plenty of advice for you there.
