House Hunting

HELP PLEASE

We have just sold our house to cash buyers who want a quick move , we need to find a smallest house or bungalow with kennels or outbuildings asap. No Neighbours. Pre an acre or two of land.

Area is flexible but must have access to a greyhound racing track for hubby's dogs.

I want to go to Ireland he says he is too old to move there !!

At the moment we are in Essex , funds around the £260.000

Ooo...The Uists....lovely place, fab beaches, but a bit windy and remote though (w00t) . It takes hours to get across to Skye by ferry or Oban would be even longer (w00t) .

Guide Price £110,000...sounds cheap but do they have the Scottish bidding system :wacko: . I would have thought so.

You're very brave selling up with no where to move to (w00t) :thumbsup:

I could have got that place cheaper than £230.000 , I am a hard case to bargin with :thumbsup: so more than 30 grand !!

I am 23 yrs younger than hubby he is 73 going on 16 (w00t)

Yes I know was there last yr for the munster circuit and again this may , spoke to some Irish doggy folk who tell me our money is worth alot more there plus taxes are cheaper

and they look after and value the elderly :wacko:

Who's first in line for the boat ?
