Okay i think i read some where on the forum someone asking about video hosting Ive got a few links to reliable sites for anyone interested

You can host .mov & .wmv video files right here on K9.

If you haven't already created an album then create a public album in the Gallery by following the 'Your Albums' link in your control panel (click My Controls in the menu line at the top of the page). Then upload your image - select that option in the Controls setting & upload your movie. Don't forget, depending on the file size you try & upload, you may have a long wait before the file uploads to the server.

Here's one I made earlier - don't forget to wait for the movie to download.
