Home boarding for greyhound in essex?

Hi! This is the first time I've posted on this website and hoping for a response. We have a 10yr old active healthy greyhound and are looking for a someone who will home board her in their home whilst on holiday. If anyone can recommend someone in Essex I'd be grateful. Ideally we would like her to be the only dog, but would consider other greyhounds or gentle mannered dogs. Thanks. Look forward to hearing your replies!
