Yes, I was adopted two years ago. I’m five years old. I was very anxious, nervous and fearful but I’m getting more confident. I’m spoiled rotten and my dad’s a complete pushover.

That is entirely up to you. Personally I don't mind if those who know my real name use it, but generally most of us seem to have settled to use our forum names or version of it. I don't see any harm with sharing one's first name...or if you are uncomfortable with it, make one up for forum use
