Hepatocutaneouse syndrome

Our 11yr Lhasa apso has be diagnosed with Hepocutaneouse syndrome he is very very poorly lost loads of weight not moving barley eating etc he has gone down hill so fast , he wont let us handle him very snappy our vet has done lots of tests, bloods,ultra sound but cannot find the cause the next stage is to open him up we dont know what to do any advice would be gratefully recived

So sorry to hear how poorly your dog is. I can not help in any way I am afraid other than to say to ask your vet for assistance. You can ring for advice. Hope he improves soon.
