help with the return of a pup

Hi all,
I am looking for any advise regarding the return of one of my puppies I sold on payment plan,
The pup in question is under contract that she was to be returned to me as soon as she starts her first season, reason being the buyer has another one of my dogs whom is the pups uncle, and I would return after season had finished. The contract also states that if for any reason the breeder asks for the return of the pup she is to be returned asap..
the pup has an injured leg, not sure if been seen to professionally, the pup has not been paid for in full yet.
Please help with any advise on where I stand and how I go about getting the pup back, as the buyer is refusing to return her..
