Help please!

Hi all

I have a 3 month old jack russell, recently I have noticed a bright red rash all over his belly and up under his chest etc. Im starting to worry now as it comes and goes. Hes been flead etc and eats skinners dry meal. I dont know what it could be but it must be itchy as he drags his belly along the floor. And advice would be appreciated!

Could it be an allergic reaction to his food or have you bathed him in something he could've reacted to? I noticed you have had no replies and thought i would give a suggestion. I have also posted and had no replies! I would take him to the vets if it is still there in a few days, especially if it is bothering him. My dog also seems to have an itchy rash which the vet thought could be an allergy
