There is a lady on here who has just found out her new rescue jrt is pregnant, she is very worried and in need of advice! You might just be the lady for her! Her jrt is also called rosie, which must be a sign...
Thank you for your lovely welcome. This seems such a friendly place, I would love to stay around.
I did breed and show Parsons and had a large number at one time .............. just the one these days though!
For the last ten years, I've been more involved in the rescue side of things with the Jack Russells and we do have a beautiful rescue Staffy girl, Leah, who is an absolute darling.
I'll try to post a couple of photos, but I'm an absolute technical dunderhead!!
We had a brown and white one (named ben) who lived to the age of 20 (was older but that was from the date my parents adopted him). He was a real nutter, he was huge (not fat) and I guess the people who let him go probably realised he wasn't going to fit down any holes lol.
Sadly, he wasn't treated great by my dad (which is probably why I am so into dogs and such), but he was such a loving dog to me.
My other was a jack russell cross (not sure what with). Her name was bonnie. She didn't like us much so we learnt to keep away from each other. I think now it was due to the fact I was born and she became jealous through lack of attention for the first few months I was born.
She died when she was 19.
If you get stuck with the photo's let one of us know and we'll talk you through it.
