At the Whippet Breed Council Meeting on Sunday 4th March we were asked to post the Whippet Health Survey on here.

 

Please, even if you have had no health problems with your whippet(s), print this document off and send it back to the health co ordinator as detailed on the form, so that we can get a general picture of the overall health of our breed.

 

We need everyone with a pedigree Whippet to complete this form, racing, showing, agility, show and pet owners.
