Having Trouble With The Site

I seem to be having trouble with the site in terms of posting, im just wondering whether anybody else is?

I have been a member for a while but i have just recently got broadband so i have been off the site for a while.

I am also concerned about the warning thing that seems to be at my name, its as o% but im just wondering why it is there?

Im not really experienced with forums, as should be.

It would be great if someone could tell me why that seems to be at my name, could it be because i have not posted in a while.

Everyone has one but apart from the moderator's you can only see your warning level - don't worry about it, it only matters is you cause trouble (w00t)
