I've always had 'Gotcha Days' for my dogs because as rescues I don't know when their birthdays are, so we celebrate their Homecoming instead.

That's a great idea - we gave Alfie my sons birthday - which must be around about the right time give or take a few months - he was about a year when we got him. - your two are gorgeous :wub: - really celebrating :cheers:

I must admit that taking a large-breed 13 year old dog who was very overweight with wobbly back legs I did wonder if we'd make it to an anniversary - but dear old Musky plods on, bless him, and if anything is a bit fitter (and a lot slimmer) than he was a year ago. :wub:

He and Molly are both 14 now and are like an old married couple :lol:

Let's hope we can make it to a second Gotcha day!
