We booked our holiday on Mykonos at the last minute, without knowing one of its reputations, so when we hit a beach with rather a lot of interesting (nakes, waxed and male) wildlife I had to take these photos to distract.

Pretty sure the butterfly is a Painted lady- on it's way back to Africa, en route from migrationary misson to europe.

Didn't see that many here this July.
 
:b Interesting pictures but not sure the words "lovely" and "moths" go together :x :lol: Ive always been petrified of the big ones that rattle when they fly.... :wacko:
