Good Whippet

A man was on trial in West Yorkshire for fornicating with a whippet.

The key witness was an old fellow who was walking along the highway by the farm pasture where dogs were exercising.

The prosecutor asked the witness what he saw. "Well, I was walking' along, and saw this dog just standing. And then this fella walks up from behind the dog, real quiet-like."

"And then what?" asked the prosecutor.

"Then he unbuckled his belt, and pulled the dog close."

"And what happened after that?"

"Well," said the witness, "They sorta shook for a couple of minutes and then the dog turned around and licked him!"

Just then one of the members of the jury leaned over to the jury member next to him and said, "You know, all the really good whippets do that."

just before passing verdict on the case, the judge in summing up claimed that in all his years as a residing judge he had never known a man go so low....the defendant replied i had to go lower the week before with a jack russel :- " :- "
