For those who were not able to join us for our 1st open, where the July entry form was attached to the programme, here is the July entry form. If you have difficulty downloading or printing, a simple piece of paper will suffice. Please check your cheques before posting, for correct dates amounts and signatures. It saves a lot of chasing up on the day.
