FUNNY QUIRKS

I ASKED THIS AGES AGO ON WD BUT AS ITS SO QUIET ON K9 AT THE MO THOUGHT ID ASK ON HERE. ITS ALONG THE LINES OF OBSESSIONS ETC.

WHAT FUNNY QUIRKS (if any) DO YOUR DOGS HAVE?

MINE HAVE QUITE A FEW STARTING WITH MY OLD DOG ZIGGY IF HE WANTS TO GO IN THE BACK GARDEN OR OUT FOR A WALK HE WILL COME INTO THE LIVING ROOM AND SIT SMACK BANG IN FRONT OF THE TV AND WILL STAY THERE UNTIL U EITHER GET HIS LEAD OR OPEN THE BACK DOOR. WHEN (god forbid) THE WATER BOWL IS EMPTY HE WILL SCRATCH IT FRANTICALLY UNTIL IT IS FILLED UP. THEN THERES MY OLD BITCH BRANDY SHE WILL LIE AND STARE AND STARE AT U WITH HER BIG BROWN SAD EYES UNTIL U STROKE HER CONTINUOSLY. IF SHE HAPPENS TO WANT TO SIT WHERE U R SHE WILL GO TO THE BACK DOOR SO U THINK SHE WANTS TO GO OUT AND WHEN U GET UP TO OPEN THE DOOR SHE NICKS YOUR SEAT. THATS JUST A COUPLE OF MY DOGS I WILL POST ABOUT THE OTHER ONES LATER. COME ON WOTS YOUR DOGS FUNNY QUIRKS? :- " :teehee: :- "

do none of your dogs have funny quirks then just mine? My other two zak and sam well sam is the youngest and he has to copy everything zak does. If zak goes outside sam follows if zak sleeps on seetee sam does if zak stretches sam does. Its quite comical. :lol: The best one they do together is wot I call the removel men at work. This involves one of them opening zaks cage door whilst the other one will start dragging the bed out helped by the 1st one , the bed is then dragged into the living room and ragged for all of five minutes its then left in a heap on the floor whilst they get back to lying on the furniture. Very odd it is but very amusing. :huggles:

Inca's has always ever since she was a pup had to sleep on my head / pillow :wacko: .....And Joanna has an uncanny built in clock, visitors or not she starts singing and wo wooing at 7'ocock for her tea (w00t) .....Jacobs quirk is that hes accident prone and daft, he can have people in stitches with his going ons .......he went to the vets on Friday to have his 7 staples out and must be the only dog to be attacked by our vets cat , he didn't know wether to kill her or hide behind my legs :b .....instead he sang and shouted at the cat until she hissed at him, then he pretended that he hadn't seen her (whoose or what ?? (w00t) )

edward went through a stage of trying to get in the babys moses basket.....even if she was in it. edward again, he cannot stand any programmes on telly that have any other animals in it....he'll attack the telly (pet rescue cannot be watched in our house).

Misty has a thing about getting covered up with her own baby quilt, just as you get settled to watch some telly, she starts to do her whistle, and won't stop until you put her quilt on the sofa and cover her! :wub: spoilt or what.

Shannon loves to try to imitate the sound of an amulance.....mind you he's pretty good at it. The real funny thing about it is that he can hear it before us so he howls for all his worth and along comes an ambulance :blink:

Buffy yodles for her tea and her pup likes to stick his nose in the subwoofer!! :blink: Buffy also chatters to the pups which is quite sweet really :wub:
