Frenchie breeding

Please can someone advise me?
My girl is 20 months old and a small frenchie (never seen one smaller then her for her age)
Shes suffered with a pro lapse anus as a baby.
I'm looking for advise on whether it's safe to breed her. Please can someone help? I dont want to risk her being in danger if I do it.

Frenchie's have a range of problems due to their confirmation. If she has this extra one I wouldn't even consider it. Pedigree dog breeding has enormous welfare implications which you should look into first. For this reason Holland has recently made the breeding of short nosed dogs including Frenchies the subject of new laws. Quite rightly in my opinion. Often they live such sad restrictive lives.
