I agree with @JoanneF. It looks like a cockapoo, super little dogs
If you are thinking of getting one, please look for DNA health tested parents on both the mothers side and the fathers side, (not just vet checked). Also BVA Clear, eye certificates with Glaucoma clear too.
These tests are just as important with cross breeds as with a pure breed.
Crossing breeds does not prevent hereditary problems.
I also think it looks like a cockapoo. Although, if you google toy or miniature poodles you’ll see they can look very similar when clipped in a certain style.
