Forgotten My Password

i have to take my comp back into the shop tomorrow , it has to be re formatted , meaning i will lose all my stuff on here :rant:

so ive brought it home to copy my piks etc onto cd and realised ive forgotten my password for k9 :- "

can i change it myself or who do i contact to find it out ???

it just logs me on automatically at the mo but wont do after ive had pc done , any ideas please , thank you :lol:

Think you may have to contact Nigel. You can do it yourself (in My Controls - Change Password) but you need to enter your current password before you can change it :wacko:

It'll just ask you if you've forgotten your password when you fail to sign in then it'll ask you for your email addy it'll then post you a new one or the existing one.

Yes, follow the lost password link and as long as you have access to your email account you can reset it. Alternatively you can PM me from your account (the one you want me to change the password on :thumbsup: ) & I'll reset it.
