In our house we have 4 computers 2 laptops and 2 desktops and now I haven't got one that fliping well works :rant: :rant: :rant: :rant:
First Ben's laptop wont log on so as a friend of his at kickboxing repairs laptops that went of to be mended. Hopefully that one should be back this week
Then Ben was using my 6 month old laptop and spilt blackcurrant juice on the keyboard. It's still under warrenty but that doesn't cover liquid spills. So thats joined Ben's being mended .The man is waiting for a new keyboard to come from Hong Kong. It should come this weekend.Because it is a new model he couldn't use a scrapped laptop to get a keyboard.
So I dug out the desk top which hasn't been used for ages that was fine then on Friday night OH had been downloading music and had turned it of. I turned it on in the morning and nothing no power .We took it to the shop and had it tested they think its the motherboard gone on it.
I got out the old old desk top its slow but I can connect to the internet on it. I used it yesterday morning and put on the anti virus and it asked to restart the computer this I did and now that says press f1 for setup and f10 for system recovery but then nothing else.
We borrowed an old tower of my brother but he didn't know if it still worked as his son had been messing with it it doesn't
I'm now on my mum's spare laptop but she needs it back for tonight so I'll not be on line again after tonight until we get one of the laptops back .In the mean time I am going to kill Ben for breaking my laptop as he shouldn't have been using it anyway. Guess whose paying for it to be mended :- "
