i went out for an hour last night to give my collie x whippet a run on her first rabbit. she is only 8 months old and hadn't really seen one before, i got into the first field and a white tail took to its feet and ran, fenn ( collie whippet ) gave chase and nailed it by the hedge row!! I'm so proud of her!! I thought she might struggle to catch anything being only 17inches bless her. But she handled it so well. hopefully this is the first of many.
