We have an airfield near us in Bicester which is used for gliding. You have to be a member to get on the airfiled and they recently opened up membership to non flying members. As a non flying member you can walk the dogs around the airfield in a safe enviroment as all the fences are 6ft plus high. They have mown the grass around the perimeter to make it easy to walk and so long as you dont let the dogs run riot on the main airfield when the gliders are up they are quite happy for you to be there. There is a yearly fee but you are allowed access to the club as well.

I think we are very lucky to have this oppurtunity to exercise the dogs so safely
