I didn't mean that sarky!! :p

I meant A Level, Degree etc?

degree haaaaah!!! (w00t)

no sorry not brainy enough for a degree,

not sure what they call it in england/wales but its intermediate 2 english,

which is the one you do before higher and i think higher is the equivalint of A level,

i already have the equivaltint of intermadeate 2 from school but my grade in it was pretty shocking and as its been 7years since i was at school they said i had to sit it again before i did the higher level

so hopfully i will get a better grade than the last time (fingers crossed)

and i have my math exam on tuesday but i think that should be ok cause i like maths and i can do it so hopfully not need as much luck but keep sending it today as im shocking at english and cant spell to well  so if i fail it will be because of that, everyone keep your fingers crossed for me that the close reading exam is easy as you dont need to be able to spell in that one just the essays :sweating:

thanks for the support guys i will let you know when i get back how it went :sweating: :sweating:

:huggles: :huggles:

Good Luck Katie, I'm sure you will do well. I am very practised in my off-spring taking exams for one reason or another so I will say my little exam prayer for you this morning and hope it serves you well. :luck: :luck:

well guys your luck rubbish im sending it back :p :p

close reading went really well 16 or so questions plus a few a/b ones so all for 1 or 2 marks which is good cause i hate it when you get a 3 or 4 mark question that you just dont know what it is then you loose a big chunk of marks.

i answered all the questions so fingers crosses i racket up enough of the marks in that.

but the essays didnt go well at all :(

had to do one on a play and one on a book, was told to put at least 5 quotes in and i got through the play essay and relised id only used 1 quote

so time ticking on, i started the next and used 2 quotes in the first couple of paragraphs but then lost it and didnt do any more  i had 10mis left so not enough time to re-do ither essay so i think i can safely say i might have failed :(

as the 2 paper marks are added up together all i can hope for now is that i did amazing in the close reading (ie. got full marks) and racked up a few with the essays

or that i did terrible cause then i could appeal it as i got a b+ in the prelim so they might bump it to a C.

anyway roll on tuesday for the maths hopfully this year will not be a total waste of time if i can do ok in that one

awww im sure you did a good job
