Email contact for Admin?

Is there any way Admin can be contacted if you are locked out of the forum? Am email address for example.
Ive been locked out twice and I couldn't find a away to contact anyone on the forum .

Luckily I was able to contact @JudyN on another forum and its sorted but it would be useful to know in case it happens again.
